醫療群體決策歷程對認知決策品質之影響因素探討

摘要
本研究以探討醫療行為中群體決策歷程對認知決策品質的主要影響因素。其中前置
變項包括成員熟識度及合作經驗，中介變項為會議過程中的成員衝突、非工作導向及資
訊分享，結果變項為會議產出的認知決策品質，另外亦以資料對稱性（Information
symmetry）與決策流程作為整體的控制變數。本研究透過文獻探討及理論模型建構後，
發展符合醫療群體決策情境之研究架構，進而發展可操作之調查量表，並以台灣地區十
家醫院之醫療工作人員為資料蒐集對象進行問卷調查及統計分析。研究結果顯示醫療群
體成員之間的熟識度與合作經驗對會議過程中的資訊分享與非工作導向有正向顯著影
響，對衝突則有顯著反向影響；在會議過程中，成員彼此的衝突對會議產出有顯著負向
影響，而對資訊分享則為正向顯著影響。

Abstract
This study attempted to identify the influential elements of the perceived quality in the
process of group decisions among the medical organizations. The ascendant position of the
model is structured with familiarity, corporative experience; and the mediating variables
include conflict, non-job orientation, and information sharing. In addition, both information
symmetry and decision process are regarded as the control variables in the whole theoretical
framework. There are several findings. First, the familiarity and corporative experience could
positively influence the information sharing and non-job orientation; however, they could
negatively influence conflict. Furthermore, the conflict in the meeting could significantly
impact the meeting outcome but could positively influence information sharing.
