摘 要
本研究主要在探討花蓮地區不同人口統計變項之高中職體育教師對工作滿意度之調查。藉由工作滿意相關文獻和自編之「體育教師工作滿意調查問卷」作為資料收集之工具，並以花蓮縣所有高中職體育教師共74人為研究對象進行研究。所得資料以次數分配、百分比、t考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行處理，研究結果發現：花蓮縣高中職體育教師工作滿意度的考量層面，依序是「上司態度與決策力」、「學校制度」、「個人福利」、「工作本身」，而整體的工作滿意度普遍感到不滿意。不同背景變項之高中職體育教師在各層面的工作滿意度差異方面，只有性別及薪資在「個人福利」層面上達到顯著差異。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine senior high school physical education teachers' job satisfaction in the Hualien area with different demographic factor. The subjects of this study were 74 teachers at senior high school in Hualien. A questionnaire of job satisfaction toward physical education teachers was developed and utilized as the research tool, then analyzed the data through those statistics methods including describe statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA, and the results are as follows: 1. The factors under consideration of senior high school physical education teachers' job satisfaction have “job in itself”, “school regime”, “attitude and decision-making of superior” and “personal welfare” in regular order. 2. Teachers' job satisfaction was low. 3. The teachers in different sexuality and salary have significant differences in “personal welfare”.
