組織動態能耐之研究-以台灣某軟體公司為例

摘 要


  由於當今科技的快速變遷、網際網路的普及以及知識經濟的來臨,企業過去仰賴某些靜態之競爭優勢即可維持其市場之領先地位的局勢已逐漸不再,代之而起的,是企業必須具備隨時因應環境的劇烈變動,而輔以高效能協調與重整內外部組織能力之管理技能,這即是『動態能耐』的論點。

  本研究先從古典之產業結構論出發,跟隨策略管理典範轉移的腳步,由資源基礎論到動態能耐的轉折來洞識經營環境變動下策略思考的方向。將近幾年來有關之動態能耐論述做一整理。並以Nonaka and Takeuchi(1995)與Teece等人(1997)為本文之論點依據,檢視本國資訊軟體產業某一優異廠商,以個案研究的方法,深入探討組織內的動態能耐,冀提供給業學界理論與實務之參考。

Abstract

 

  Owing to the quick change of the technology and the popularity of World Wide Web and the coming of the knowledge economics’ age, the static competitive advantages which past enterprises use to maintain their market positions can be no longer useful. In the dynamic environment, enterprises must possess “dynamic capabilities” which can help enterprises to coordinate and reconfigure their core competences quickly to fit the contexts.

  Our research starts from classic industrial structure views, follows the evolvement of strategy management’s history to see the transformations of the paradigms. We will use the arguments of Nonaka and Takeuchi(1995) and Teece,D.J., G.Pisano and A.Shuen (1997) to be the bases of our suggestions. We also compile current some important papers of the dynamic capabilities fields. And we will use case study method to inquiry one of the Taiwan’s software company and see the internal dynamic capabilities of the company. With the explorer study, we hope it will provide deep insights and valuable references to the strategy theorists and practitioners.
