摘 要
「孫越宣言」的研究範疇可說是屬歷史性的面項，過去研究者大都以歷史研究法來對此一議題進行探討，反而忽略了此宣言本身的法律效力問題。是以，本研究希望藉由歷史學、國際政治學、國際公法學等跨學科知識，進行科際整合，並藉此能發現新的研究面貌和成果。
關鍵字：孫越宣言（Sun-Joffe Manifesto）、共產國際（Comintern）、蘇聯（Soviet Russia）。

Abstract
For many years, many research papers of "Sun Joffe Manifesto" have always been focused on historical aspect. Traditionally, from many previous studies of " Sun Joffe Manifesto " , it can be seen that most researchers emphasized on " Historical Research Method " perspective, but its own effect of law. The purpose of this study was to explore a new aspect and result of " Sun Joffe Manifesto " interdepartmental knowledge of History, International Politics, International Public Law.
