摘要


用輸出波長193 奈米(193 nm)的氟化氬(ArF)準分子雷射照射含有硝酸的固態氬間質後,再結合反應(recombination)導致各種不同立體結構的過氧亞硝酸(HOONO)的形成。除了以前報導的trans-perp 和cis-cis 過氧亞硝酸外,位於3550.9、1706.0、1369.4、967.0 和789.6 cm-1 處產生新的紅外吸收譜線亦被觀測到,他們被指派為cis-perp 過氧亞硝酸。這些被觀測到振動頻率和對應的同位素位移與理論計算吻合。cis-perp 過氧亞硝酸的吸收譜線位置和trans-perp 過氧亞硝酸的相似,光譜位置變化在20 cm-1以內。cis-perp過氧亞硝酸的15N-和D-同位素位移和比例也和trans-perp 過氧亞硝酸的相似,顯示trans-perp 和cis-perp 過氧亞硝酸分子的鍵結具有相似的譜線位置。

ABSTRACT


Nitric acid (HONO2) isolated in solid argon at 12 K was irradiated with 193 nm emission from an ArF excimer laser. Recombination led to formation of peroxynitrous acid (HOONO) in various conformers. In adddiation to previously reported lines due to trans-perp HOONO
and cis-cis HOONO, lines at 3550.9, 1706.0, 1369.4, and 967.0 cm-1 were observed. They are assigned to cis-perp HOONO. The observed vibrational frequencies and corresponding isotopic shifts are agreement with theoretical calculations. Line positions of cis-perp HOONO
are similar to those of trans-perp HOONO with positions varying within 20 cm-1. The 15N- and D-isotopic shifts and ratio of lines of cis-perp HOONO are also similar to those of trans-perp HOONO, indicating that the bonding of the molecules responsible lines of trans-perp HOONO and cis-perp HOONO are similar.
