摘要
慈濟技術學院目前使用的圖書館資訊系統是Dos環境下的系統,在行政管理方面,它是穩定且好用的,但隨著Internet的普遍,圖書館資訊系統已不能再以行政管理為目的,讀者的需求大幅增加,對此必須予以滿足,慈濟技術學院圖書館系統勢必進行轉換。本文將對慈濟技術學院圖書館目前所使用的資訊系統作一個簡介並對未來新系統發展作一個規劃及提出系統轉換時須注意的事項。

ABSTRACT
The present library information system of Tzu-Chi College of Technology is under Dos environment. For administrative management, it is stable and good. With the popularity of Internet, however, the library information system cannot merely be designed for this purpose. Instead, it also has to meet the readers' greatly increasing demand, and therefore, our library information system needs transforming. This paper will introduce the present library information system of Tzu-Chi College of Technology, express the plan to the future system, and point out some noticeable items when transforming the system.
