公共衛生人員參與健康促進教育訓練之意向

及需求評估—以花東地區為例

摘　　要

本研究旨於探討花東地區公共衛生人員參與健康促進教育訓練之意向及需求。研究方法採橫斷式研究，對象為服務於花蓮縣及台東縣各衛生局所之現職公共衛生人員，共計317人。採自擬之結構式問卷進行普測，以郵寄問卷方式進行資料收集，共得有效問卷297份，回收率93.7%。

調查結果發現參與健康促進教育訓練公共衛生人員之學習意向與其年齡、年資、教育程度、及服務地區之不同而有顯著差異。

公共衛生人員對於實務課程需求性較高，授課方式偏好「實務教學」、「示範法」、「討論法」、「參觀法」、及「技術演練」等教學方法，教學輔助媒體則以電子影音媒體、講義、實際範本、以及投影片等受到歡迎，教育訓練宜安排於上班時間，且每期不超過兩天為宜。

A study of needs assessment and intention of participating in

health promotion training programs for public health workers serving in Hualien and Taitung Counties

Abstract



The purpose of this study was to identify public health workers’ needs and intention of participating in health promotion training programs in Hualien and Taitung Counties.This cross-sectional study was conducted by mailing questionnaires to all 317 public health workers who were working in Hualien and Taitung Counties. Totally, 297 valid samples (93.7% ) were collected. The findings showed that Effective Communication Skill, Data Collection and Analysis, and The Principal and Practice of Health Promotion are the desired courses to be supplemented in the training programs. The teaching skills of Role Play, Group Discussion, and Demonstration are most welcome. The teaching aids of Video, handouts, and illustrations are most welcome. The maximum length of continuous training that can be accepted by participants is two days. Regarding the public health workers’ intention of participating in health promotion training programs, there are significantly different by age, educational level, working areas, and the length of working years among those study subjects. The implications for future research and intervention are considered
