具輔助教學功能之光電耦合X光強度偵測器之研製及其特性之研究

摘 要
本研究在製備一簡易、新穎具輔助教學功能之光電耦合X光強度偵測器,研究其相關特性。首先購得敏感度極高之光電耦合元件晶片,作為輻射偵檢器系統主要設計元件,另外加上準直儀、放大器設備、負回饋電路、防止靜電設備等周邊配備,避免四周的X光散射或電子雜訊所干擾。經由實驗結果初步推論,在偵測X光強度方面可比擬目前一般極為昂貴且操作與計算較繁複的商用輻射度量儀,可利用所偵測到的數值與臨床診斷型X光機曝射後之底片光密度值相比較,研究其品質與相關聯性。本研究所製備之光電耦合X光強度偵測器於花蓮慈濟醫學中心醫學影像部實測以印證其可行性與實用性並透過實驗實測獲得相關之特性數據。由本研究初步結論可知在可行性與實用性方面及量測之準確性及穩定性皆具有相當正面之成效。可提供作為學校放射技術系科之應用電子電路學、放射物理學、X光診斷器材學及輻射安全學等課程之輔助教學與醫院放射診斷部門臨床見、實習教育訓練課程之配備與題材等。

Abstract
In this study, a charge couple detector (CCD) with the function of x-ray intensity detection was prepared and characterized for auxiliary teaching and clinical training purpose. The charge couple chip with high sensitivity from local market was chosed as the main component of x-ray intensity detection system. The schematic CCD consists of a collimator, a linear amplifier, negative feedback circuit, lens, a screen and a recording device. In addition, it also equipped with cooling system and other devices in order to decrease the effects of static electricity interference, x-ray scattering and noise disturbance. Based on the comparision on the experimental results shown in this work , one notices that the CCD can match the function and operation of a commercial equipment. Moreover, the following advantages are with our CCD : high stability, high accuracy, no radiation risk, easy portable operation and low cost. In conclusion, the design and making of CCD can provide students with the suitable learning of principle, instrumentation, radiation safety, radiographic skill and clinic application for diagnostic radiology and related educational programs.
