運動員身體形象與飲食態度的相關因素探究

摘 要
本研究目的在探討不同運動種類、不同性別的運動員在身體形象、飲食態度之差異,以及運動員身體形象與飲食態度之相關。受試者為平均年齡20.23 ±1.9歲的500名大學運動員,並以「個人的基本資料」、「身體形象量表」、「飲食態度量表」為研究工具,經單因子變異數分析、獨立樣本t考驗以及皮爾森積差相關分析,獲得結果如下:1.不同運動種類的運動員之身體形象有明顯的差異;其他運動之運動員身體形象的滿意度高於技擊類以及外形取向運動之運動員。2.三組運動員有著明顯的飲食失調情形,但外形取向運動員的飲食失調情形較技擊類、其他運動之運動員嚴重。3.男性運動員對身體形象的滿意度高於女性運動員。4.男女運動員有著明顯的飲食失調情形,女運動員的飲食失調情形較男運動員嚴重。5.外形取向運動員的身體形象與飲食態度之相關性較高,其次為技擊類運動員,其他運動之運動員相關性較低。

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the difference between different sports type, different gender in body image and eating attitudes, and the relationship of body image and eating attitude in athletes. The participants were 500 collegiate athletes with a mean of 20. 23 ±1.9 years. Demographic data questionnaire, Body Image Scale, and Eating Attitudes Test were instruments used in this study. The data was analyzed by statistics analytical methods such as one-way ANOVA, independent sample t-test and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as following: 1. There was significant difference of body image among different sports type’s athletes. 2. Among the three groups of athletes, the sport appearance-oriented, the martial art sports, and the other sport type, the first group has far more serious problems in eating disorder than the other two groups have. 3. Male athletes were satisfied with their body image more than female athletes. 4.There was significant eating disorder in both male and female athletes, and female athletes eating disorder was serious more than male athletes. 5.
