《莊子》 「心齋」「坐忘」「朝徹」「見獨」與《大乘起信論》「止觀」門之研究與對觀

摘  要



  《莊子》深切反省人生命的困頓與限制,而欲求解脫桎梏達到逍遙自由的境界,在其〈人世間〉、〈大宗師〉篇中,提出轉化人生限制的工夫「心齋」「坐忘」,藉此而達到「朝徹」「見獨」的逍遙自由境界。而《大乘起信論》為大乘佛法重要典籍,其主要內容有五部分,其中第四部分修行信心分提到修行有五門:一者施門、二者戒門、三者忍門、四者進門、五者止觀門。中國「佛」「道」思想互有淵源,其中「止觀」門與《莊子》「心齋」「坐忘」「朝徹」「見獨」,二者間互有可資對觀之處,本文嘗試研究二者學說之內涵並於以下三方面探討二者間的關係:第一,就二者工夫修行的方向而言;第二,就二者修行所表現的氣象而言;第三,就二者修行的境界而言。

Abstract



  Chuang Chou deeply reflected the difficulties and limitations in one's life. He wanted to get rid of shackles and reach the state of carefree. In his "Da-Chung-Shu" Chapter, he raised the efforts to change the life limitations "Shin-Jai" "Tzuoh-Wang", in order to reach the carefree state of "Chaur-Chen" "Jiann-Dwu." The "Da-Chen Chi-Shin" is an important ancient book. The content has five parts. In the fourth part practice confidence, it mentioned five mens of practicing. The first is "Shi Men," the second is "Jieh Men," the third is "Reen Men," the fourth is "Jinn Men," and the fifth is "Jyy Guan Men." Based on the relationship between the thoughts of Buddism and Taoism, there is similarities and differences between "Jyy Guan Men" and Chuang Chou "Shin-Jai" "Tzuoh-Wang" "Chaur-Chen" "Jiann-Dwu." This paper tried to discuss the relationship between these two schools in three ways: First, it regards to the direction of practicing. Second, it regrads to the spirits of the practioners. Third, it regards to the state of the practioners.
