摘　要

管理者常認為增加技術（專業）技能即可應付所有之狀況，殊不知其更應加強人際關係技能與觀念性技能。本篇研究係從理論學說與實務現象，對映出管理者所欠缺之技能，及對環境缺乏之深度理解層面，並反映出管理者難為之處。而成功之管理者，應隨時瞭解情況並確實掌握狀況，以保持適度彈性之超然態度，找出最適方法，以求徹底解決問題。

關鍵字：技術性技能、人際關係性技能、觀念性技能、管理者角色。

Abstract

Managers who always think to increase the technical (professional) skills can handle all situations. But the total solution will be emphasized not only technical skills but also the human skills and conceptual skills. This research is according to managerial theories and practice conditions, It is to reflect the manager’s shortage of useful skills, deeply understanding environments and dilemma. To be a successful manager is always understanding and controlling the environments and situations, and keeping flexible attitudes to find the suitable solution to get the questions done.
