摘  要

錳錯化合物[Mn(py)4(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Mn(bipy)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (2), [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2] ( ClO4)2 (3) , [Mn(bpym)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (4) (py=吡啶,bipy=雙吡啶,phen=啡啉,bpym=雙嘧啶)對過氧化氫分解產生氧氣和水的反應,具有非常有效率的催化作用。根據氧氣產生實驗結果,可證明四種錳錯化合物對過氧化氫不均化分解具有催化的活性。

錳錯化合物1∼4催化過氧化氫分解反應的催化速率與受質濃度為一級反應;更換值(turnover number)分別為每秒4.698×10-2 個分子、6.994×10-2 個分子、8.577×10-2 個分子和8.156×10-2 個分子;催化過氧化氫分解的最大速率(Vmax)分別為每毫克錳錯化合物每秒分解2.32毫莫耳濃度(mM)、12.81毫莫耳濃度(mM)、25.87毫莫耳濃度(mM)和10.82毫莫耳濃度(mM);米氏常數(Km)分別為0.672 M、1.926 M、3.968 M和1.171 M。

Characterizations of Nitrogen-donor ligand Manganese (II) Complexes for H2O2 Catalase-like Reaction

Abstract

Manganese complexes [Mn(py)4(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Mn(bipy)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 (2), [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2 ]( ClO4)2 (3) , [Mn(bpym)2(H2O)2 ]( ClO4)2 (4) (py=pyridine, bipy=2,2’- bipyridine, phen= o-phenanthroline and bpym=2,2’-bipyrimidine) catalyze hydrogen peroxide decomposing to dioxygen and water very efficiently. The evolution of O2 by decomposing of H2O2 shows that all the complexes are catalytic activity towards disproportionation of H2O2 at room temperature.

For the catalytic reaction, the catalytic rate is first-order in concentration of substrate ; turnover number are 4.698×10-2 sec-1, 6.994 ×10-2 sec-1, 8.577×10-2 sec-1 and 8.156×10-2 sec-1; the maximal rate, Vmax , of the catalytic reaction are 2.32 mM/sec, 12.81 mM/sec, 25.87 mM/sec and 10.82 mM/sec per mg; the Michaelis-Menten constant, Km , are 0.672 M,1.926 M, 3.968 M and 1.171 M for complex 1∼4, respectively.
